Want to know more about RA?

RA GuyOne of my favourite Rheumatoid Arthritis blogs is Rheumatoid Arthritis Guy and I regularly check out his blog for new updates.

One thing I came accross recently was his 60 second guide to RA, which I think sums up the main points perfectly. If you aren't too sure exactly what Rheumatoid Arthritis is and who it effects, I suggest you take a look :)

    1. I think that in both the medical and diet sense, we all react very differently, so what works for some people, may not necessarily work for others. I have heard that reducing gluten intake has helped many people, but for myself, I would find this too hard to cut out.

My best advice would be to try lots of different things and keep a diary, so that you can monitor the effects.

For me personally, when I'm having a particularly bad flare, I find the best thing to do is nothing! I get as much sleep as I can at the weekend and try to do very little in my spare time. I keep off my feet as much as possible by reading or watching films. Resting inflamed joints is essential.

      Hope this helps.
